**For best results with the TEA Help Desk, please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Be sure you are running the most up to date version of Chrome or Firefox, and it is recommended that you clear the cache.

If you experience any issues with user authentication for ticket access, please use Chrome incognito mode and try again. You can initiate this by right clicking the Chrome icon.

Users are advised not to use Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer as the TEA Help Desk application does not support full functionality and users may experience issues.

**The CPA team made a decision across all agencies who are currently on CAPPS. Anyone who has Manager Self Service in CAPPS HR/Payroll will automatically be set up for CAPPS Recruit. They did this to avoid having to set up access for CAPPS Recruit as one-offs. If the employee doesn’t have a hiring role, then he/she can ignore the email.

When logging into CAPPS for the first time, All CAPPS Agency Users MUST CLEAR their Browser Cache before signing on to CAPPS.
