T&L – CAPPS isn’t working

Occasionally, you will need to clear your browser cache in order to access the CAPPS HR/Payroll system.

Failure to clear the browser cache may result in any of the following: spinning wheel, text appearing in a foreign language, inability to add entries to your timesheet. See the attached Word document or the following link for instructions on clearing your browser cache.

In a few instances, employees were still unable to get past the first screen after multiple attempts at clearing the browser cache. If this happens to you, please try these additional options to resolve the issue:

  1. Use Google Chrome to log in to CAPPS.
  2. Go to another computer and try to log in using IE.

Please do not submit a CAPPS HR/Payroll Help Desk ticket until you have tried these options.
