T&L – Email notifications for managers in CAPPS

The email notification for managers was an option for the first deployment group of state agencies that converted over to CAPPS in FY2016. This feature was turned off shortly after the launch date because managers were inundated with numerous emails. There were employees who were making timesheet entries daily and sometimes corrections were made to those entries.  The manager would receive an email for every entry and every edit the employee made to the timesheet.  As a result, this feature was removed and is no longer an option in CAPPS.
