- Where do I find information about the upload and fingerprinting process?
- I entered an incorrect name, date of birth, or Social Security number on an upload. How can I correct this?
- Is the email address required for all individuals being uploaded?
- What if an individual does not have an email address, or what if the district prefers to handle appointment scheduling for its employees?
- When creating an upload file, is it allowable to enter special characters such as dashes in the social security and apostrophes in names?
- I am trying to upload a file, but I do not see the ‘Browse’ button on the Fingerprint File Upload screen? What should I do?
