T&L – Agency Holiday closure related to an Agency Holiday
If the Agency is closed as a “Agency Holiday” during the Holiday Season, please follow the below instructions:
If you took the agency holiday off, no entry is needed on your timesheet.
If you were pre-approved to work on the Holiday, you must enter hours worked (up to 8 hours) using the code AGYHW – Hours Worked on Agency Holiday. In the comments section, enter “AgencyHolidayGranted”.
Please Note: Agency Holiday time expires if not used within 12 months from the date it is earned and will not be paid to the employee upon separation from employment. Once earned, hours appear under the Regular Comptime column.
