Flex time must be pre-approved by the supervisor. It can be documented in CAPPS when required by the supervisor.
The example below documents the following scenario:
The employee was late to work by one hour on Monday and allowed to make up the time in 30 minutes increments on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Monday would be entered using the FLEXS time reporting code (TRC) for 1 hour. Tuesday and Wednesday would be entered using the REGHR TRC for 8.5 hours each day.
