How can I gain access to photos or graphics for my deliverables?

All TEA staff can access the photo and icon libraries on the internal agency SharePoint resources site. To access the library, simply visit TEA Photo Library or the Strategic Communications SharePoint site. You can select the library of your choice for  photos, characters, or icons.

Please note, that since the graphics, photos, and icons are housed on the internal agency SharePoint site, external groups such as vendors, grantees, or 3rd party groups will not be able to access the library via the same link as TEA staff. To gain access, they will need to submit their email to branding@tea.texas.gov or visit the Branding Standards page (tea.texas.gov/brandingstandards) for more details.

If you need help with a photo selection for your next project, submit a Service Desk ticket and select the “photo requests” option. A member from the Design and Production team will email you for more information.

If you need help with a graphic for your next project, submit a Service Desk ticket and select the “illustrations/drawings/art” option. A member of the Design and Production team will email you for more information.

If the TEA Photo Library does not have the photography you are looking for, we can also help you source stock photography from an external agency. (Note: Strategic Communications cannot purchase stock photography for you. You will have to purchase stock photography with a pro card or credit card. Please also note that the Commissioner prefers that we use photos of real Texas students, teachers, and classrooms as much as possible.)
