How do I fully take advantage of my new logo or brand identity?

Submit a Service Desk ticket and select the “communication planning and templates” option. A member from the marketing and strategy team will reach out to you to schedule a brainstorming session and a series of meetings to go over each section of the agency communications plan.

Keep in mind that the communications plan process takes on average 4-8 weeks or 1-2 months to complete. The plan consists of six sections. After completion of the six sections, the strategic communications team develops a rollout to market the initiative based on information provided in the plan and evaluates the campaign.


The six sections include: 

  • Starting with Why
    • Identification of project purpose, beliefs, opportunities, and risks
  • Communications Goals
    • Formation of trackable communications metrics
  • Key Message
    • Single message to market to audiences
  • Audience Identification and Prioritization
    • Identification of specific users to market product or services
  • Message Segmentation
    • Development of sub-messages for identified target audiences
  • Activation and Scheduling
    • Pinpoint deliverables or assets to create and channels to promote
