The commonly used marketing channels teams tend to use include:

  • Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
    • TEA’s most popular social media channels reach and engages more than 90,000+ followers.
  • Email Marketing (e-newsletter or content sent via GovDelivery)
    • TEA has more than 200,000 subscribers and over 90 topics of interest that teams can promote their content.
  • Online Publishing (TEA Website)
    • TEA’s website generates over 10 million views each year and serves as a trusted source of information about public education in Texas.
  • Events
    • The Commissioner and his staff attend hundreds of events each year. The materials shared at these events and conferences collectively reach hundreds of thousands of people and are often shared with attendees after the fact.
